•Attends training conducted to know CSR responsibilities, tools, and proper department to contact for escalations

•Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•Computer Skills: knowledge of standard web-based software and general word-processing applications
•Willing to work in shifting schedules including weekends and holidays
