CHAT SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a Quality Assurance score of at least 85%
  • Available to take multiple chats a minimum of 7 hours per scheduled day
  • Manage inbound chats by, selling and up-selling client products and services
  • Being champion and representative of quality for the Client
  • Being the first point of contact for the Client’s customers who have issues/queries regarding the products they are interested in and/or intend to purchase
  • During their role as chat sales support agent, they are required to strive towards customer retention and loyalty, fully supporting the customer to achieve a successful outcome to his/her enquiry and drive sales performance
  • Being required to follow standard diagnostic/probing procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as effectively as possible
  • To provide basic to moderately complex support to the client’s customers on their inquiries, products, systems, etc. and use appropriate communication skills to direct customers to third parties or other locations for further support (if necessary)
Requirements:
  • Candidates must be at least 2nd year college level of any College Degree
  • Typing Skills, minimum  35 WPM with less than 5 errors
  • Computer Skills, such as Microsoft, IM, Chat, etc.
  • Customer Service and Sales Skills preferred and is an advantage
  • Basic Knowledge, in areas such as computers and selling techniques.
  • Must be fluent in English – reading, comprehending, and writing.
  • Positive and Self Motivated.
  • Heavy mouse usage.
  • Excellent English spelling and grammar
  • Able to multiple tasks, hand more than 1 chat at a time
  • Heavy reading, must be able to comprehend customers questions in English and answer appropriately
